Peter Burgson’s life’s work has been an alternative education leader. His unique thoughts and teaching style are put to the ultimate test when he opens a brand new “unschool” in the inner city of Philadelphia. Unschooled follows Burgson and three young teenagers on a radical journey of directing their own education. Unschooled Premiered at the DOC NYC Film Festival in 2019. It was also accepted and screened at SXSW EDU in 2020.
